Delivery & Returns
FREE Standard Delivery: Within 2 days to Major City Centers & within 3 days to the rest of South Africa (delivery may take up to 5 days for remote areas). Orders placed on a Friday - Sunday will only be dispatched on the following Monday.
Please note: We use a secure courier service on all our delivery options to make sure your Flossy's reach you safe and sound. A signature will be required on all deliveries, so please make sure that there's someone around for when your Flossy's are due to arrive.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We hope that you love your new Flossy’s. However, if you are not completely satisfied for whatever reason, simply return them to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Your Flossy’s must be returned in their original, unused condition; in their original packaging, unless stated otherwise.
- Contact us on email: email@example.com or via call/text/WhatsApp: 076 150 2002 and we will arrange for the courier to collect the package at a time convenient for you.
- We endeavour to process your return/exchange within 5 working days of receiving it. All exchanges will be sent back to the customer via the courier company once we receive the pair you’re exchanging.
- The cost of returning your flossy for a refund will incur a standard courier fee of R90, which will be subtracted from your refund amount (there is no cost for exchanges).
- We do not offer exchanges on items that were purchased on sale. Sale items can be returned for a refund and incur the same R90 fee in point 4 above.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that have been used or are not fit for resale. All items and packaging are photographed before delivery. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.
